Good to know

  • Walls and ceilings are dusted, not wet-wiped
  • In the base service sofas and mattresses are dry-vacuumed and surface-cleaned; shampooing is an add-on, and stain removal is never guaranteed
  • Hob and chimney degreasing, cabinet and wardrobe interiors and bathroom descaling are add-ons, not part of the base service; appliance interiors are not covered
  • Times are estimates for a furnished apartment; a very full or heavily soiled home can take longer
  • Floors will be wet for a while after scrubbing

Our promise

If the service didn't meet HOMEEIGO's standards, raise a dispute within 48 hours of completion through in-app support with photos where possible. We'll first offer a free rework by a professional; if that isn't feasible or acceptable, we may issue a partial or full refund based on a fair review.

  • This service includes a 2-day cover that starts when the visit is completed.
  • The cover applies to the result of the work and work left unfinished.
  • A covered problem is offered a follow-up visit at no extra charge. A refund can be considered only after that visit is reviewed. It is not automatic.
  • You can report a problem within 2 days of completion.

What makes this a deep clean?

Every room is done top to bottom: ceilings and fans dusted, cabinet and furniture exteriors wiped, sofas and mattresses vacuumed, doors, windows and mirrors cleaned, and floors machine-scrubbed — not just swept and mopped. It takes about 4 to 6 hours for a furnished apartment.

Which rooms are covered?

All rooms of your apartment — bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen and bathrooms — for the items listed under what's included. The same six items apply in every room.

Is the kitchen or bathroom deep-cleaned?

Kitchen and bathroom floors, cabinet exteriors, fixtures and mirrors are in the base service. For more, add Kitchen deep cleaning (hob, chimney, cabinet interiors) or Bathroom deep cleaning (descaling, per bathroom) to the same visit. Appliance interiors are not covered.

What happens to sofas and mattresses?

In the base service they are dry-vacuumed and surface-cleaned. For a wet shampoo and extraction, add Sofa shampooing (per seat) or Mattress cleaning (per mattress). Stains are lightened, never guaranteed to come out.

How do add-ons work?

Add them to the same visit on this page or while booking. Some are per unit — per bathroom, per sofa seat, per mattress — so choose how many. Each adds its own time to the visit, and the full price with taxes is shown before you pay.

How long does it take, and how many people come?

About 4 to 5 hours for a 2 BHK and 5 to 6 hours for a 3 or 4 BHK, as an estimate. The team size depends on the home; you see who is coming once your booking is accepted.

What should I keep ready?

A tap with running water and a bucket, a working power socket for the vacuum and floor machine, and every room open. Please put away small, fragile or valuable items. We bring the machine, products and the step ladder.

I have a villa or a larger home. Can I book?

We visit first and then give you a quote. Choose "Request a site visit" on this page and we'll contact you to arrange it.

How is the price calculated?

One price per apartment size for furnished apartments: ₹5,500 for a 2 BHK, ₹8,000 for a 3 BHK and ₹12,000 for a 4 BHK, shown before taxes. The final amount with taxes is shown before you pay.
